Tony and Alex are brothers living in the low-income West End while Tony works for the private police force Armed Combat Enforcement (A.C.E) which is controlled by the wealthy East End. Katherine graduated from A.C.E. training with Tony and is the daughter of A.C.E.'s Chief Operations Officer, Isabelle. Volume 01 sets the stage for the brewing conflict between the wealthy East End's A.C.E. and the desperate West End's self-appointed Guardians of Light gang.
